Face shield VISIGUARD MESH

The Visiguard Mesh Protective Face Shield combines durable construction, practical facial protection and a comfortable adjustable design, making it an excellent choice for professionals working in environments where mechanical particles and flying debris may present a risk.

Featuring a durable metal wire mesh screen, this protective face shield is designed to provide facial coverage against certain low-energy mechanical impacts while maintaining airflow and visibility during everyday professional activities.

The open mesh construction allows natural ventilation, helping reduce heat build-up around the face. This makes the shield particularly practical for outdoor work and activities where ventilation is important.

The shield includes a protective browguard and adjustable head harness, allowing users to achieve a comfortable and secure fit for regular workplace use.

The headgear features a practical ratchet adjustment system, providing convenient fitting for different head sizes and helping maintain stable positioning during movement.

A PVC upper visor component adds to the practical construction, while the metal mesh screen provides the main protective barrier against applicable mechanical hazards.

The generous full-face screen measures approximately 20 × 39 cm, providing coverage for the face while allowing comfortable movement during professional tasks.

The protective mesh construction is suitable for work involving certain flying solid particles, including appropriate gardening, landscaping, forestry maintenance and outdoor activities, subject to a workplace risk assessment.

Designed to comply with EN 1731:2006, the shield provides F-class low-energy impact protection within the limitations specified by the manufacturer.

The practical design allows the protective screen to be replaced with a compatible mesh visor when necessary, supporting continued use of the adjustable headgear.

Combining durable wire mesh, adjustable fitting and natural ventilation, the Visiguard Mesh Face Shield offers a practical solution for selected mechanical face protection requirements.

Important: The mesh screen is not designed to protect against liquid or chemical splashes, fine dust, welding hazards or particles small enough to pass through the mesh openings. Additional appropriate eye protection may be necessary.
